With reference to sy despatch No. of 17th January reporting my soos;ÁÂands of an invitation by the Hongcong Government to assist in connection with forthcoming negotiations for the revision of the Canton-Kowloon Railway working agreement, I have the huesoser to state that mibsequent to a parusel of the Hongkong Governement's files on this subject I made certain somonávať neteslous miggestions to the Colonial Zecretary which he promisul would be worked out and given such consideration as they deserved.

I have since discussed these saggestions with the Comercial

that, incomplete as they are, they should be placed on record for future reference if desired.
